OFFER AND AGREEMENT

Ordering and publishing paid job posts and advertising on the @xCareers Telegram channel (https://t.me/xCareers), on the https://xcareers.me website or via the @xCareersBot bot (https://t.me/xCareersBot), You acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement with the Contractor on the terms of the offer.

xCareers (Contractor) proposes to conclude an Agreement on the terms of the offer:

• The offer is addressed to customers - individuals and legal entities.
• Subject - publication of texts and media materials on the Website, Telegram assets, on social networks and xCareers messengers.
• The Agreement is concluded from the moment of acceptance - payment.
• The Agreement is valid indefinitely.
• The cost, content, date and time of publications are individual, are established on the basis of preliminary negotiations.
• Payment occurs only after full coordination of the text and the date / time of publications.
• The client pays for publications by bank transfer, electronic money transfer or in cash.
• It is impossible to cancel the order after payment is done.
• Refund is not possible.
• The Contractor uses a simplified tax system.
• Correspondence by e-mail, through social networks and instant messengers is legally significant.
• Electronic versions of acts, invoices and other documents are fully legally binding.
• The terms of the Offer and Agreement are confidential.
• The Contractor and the customers are not entitled to transfer rights under the Agreement to anyone.
• A pre-trial settlement within 30 days is required.
• Contractor and customers do not sign any acts.
• The Contractor has the right to change the Offer and Agreement.
• Changes to the Agreement come into force 2 days from the date of publication.
